As a recipient of the Nell Meldahl Scholarship, I will attend the
2008 Paper Book Intensive. This year the intensive will be held
May 14 - 24 at the Arrowmont School of Arts and Craft in
Gatlinburg,Tennessee.
Paper's Edge, an exhibition of paper cuts & relief prints
is on display at the Portal Gallery throughout the month of May.
The Gallery is located at 675 Metropolitan Parkway, Studio 6026,
Atlanta, GA 30310.
APRIL 2008
A new piece, Stitched on the Heart #2 will be exhibited for the
first time during A Masterful Mix Art Auction. The auction will be
held Saturday, April 26, 2008, 5-9p at the Renissance Walk
Condos. Proceeds from the auction benefit Hammonds House
Museum and Resource Center of African American Art, Inc.
Six papercuts from the Waiting Series will be on display
at the Clayton County Head Quater Library throughout the
month of April.

at the In the Garden exhibition by Arts Clayton.

Visual Thought: art by jerushia, inc. will participate in the
open portfolio at the 2008 Southern Graphics Council
Conference in Virginia.
FEBRUARY 2008
Not Without Laughter received the 2nd place prize in the
Arts Clayton 8th Annual Fine Art Juried Show. Waiting #5
received an honorable mention. A brief article by Joel Hall
will appear in the February 9/10, 2008 Clayton News Daily
Weekend edition.
JANUARY 2008
Two paper cuts from the Waiting series and two linocuts
titled, Hugs & Kisses and Not Without Laughter will be
included in Arts Clayton 8th Annual Fine Art Juried Show.
The works will be on display from February 7 thru March 1
in the Arts Clayton Gallery at 136 South Main Street,
Jonesboro, GA 30236.

"The Works of Jerushia Graham" exhibition is still on
display at Final Touch Frame Shop in Jonesboro, Georgia.
The exhibition will be open through the end of December.

JULY - OCTOBER 2007
"Seen, Not Heard", the collector's print series was postponed
due to participation in an artists exchange in Taiwan. The
exchange was sponsored by The Dream Community Cultural
and Education Development Foundation.
JUNE 2007
The first of the collector's print series will be available starting
June 15. Every 15th of each month a new print will be featured.
Collectors can pre-purchase the entire set of 6 prints or collect
the individual prints as they are introduced. This years portfolio
is entitled "Seen, Not Heard".
